Digital Meridian, LLC agrees to provide digital marketing and lead generation services as outlined in the specific proposal or agreement signed by the client. These services may include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) management, social media campaigns, and content creation.
The Client agrees to provide necessary access to website CMS, analytics accounts, and social media profiles required to perform the services. Delays in providing these assets may result in timeline adjustments.
Fees for services are due as per the schedule outlined in the project proposal. Digital Meridian, LLC reserves the right to pause campaigns or withhold deliverables if payments are not made within the agreed timeframe.
Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to all content and creative assets produced specifically for their campaigns. Digital Meridian, LLC retains the right to use anonymized performance data for case studies and self-promotion unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the service contract. The Client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
Digital Meridian, LLC is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or revenue resulting from third-party platform changes (e.g., Google algorithm updates) or service interruptions outside our control.
